Job Description

- Dedicated response to foreign customers who speak Russian 1) Telephone consultation and sales for customers who inquire about/request consultation on financial products (loans) ※ Detailed product information, work process, and work methods will be separately provided (educated) after joining the company 2) Respond to other customer inquiries and process requests such as issuing various documents - Expected to work 2-3 times a week, 4-5 hours per time, and work days and schedule can be negotiated - In addition to the basic hourly wage, additional incentives will be paid based on consultation performance

Qualifications

- A person who can communicate in Russian (native speaker level, preferred if Russian is your native language) - A person who can communicate in Korean (daily life and simple business conversation level) and type in Korean

- Experience in working at domestic and international banks and other financial institutions - Experience in customer service work
