[Spoon] Taiwan Promotion Manager

Job Description

- Planning and operating in-app promotions and events targeting Taiwanese users - Deriving and executing campaign ideas based on user trends and data - Planning and operating in-app participatory events and mission programs - Analyzing promotion performance and proposing insight-based improvement measures - Operating programs to discover, communicate, and foster Taiwanese DJs and creators - Proposing improvements to functions/contents through operating Taiwanese user communities and collecting VOC

Qualifications

- A native Taiwanese speaker or someone who can speak Traditional Chinese (Taiwanese) at a native level - A person with a high level of understanding of Taiwanese local culture and user characteristics - In the case of foreigners, a person who can communicate in Korean for business - In the case of foreigners, a person who has a residence permit (visa) that allows regular work of 40 hours per week in Korea or meets the acquisition requirements (the company will support the visa issuance process if the acquisition requirements are met)

Preferred

- Those with practical experience in related industries such as content platforms, community apps, and MCNs - Those with experience operating Taiwanese influencer or creator networks - Those with autonomous work experience in startups or global environments - Those with problem-solving skills that allow them to flexibly handle a variety of tasks - Those with experience analyzing event performance and writing reports - Those with experience responding to users and operating communities
