Job Description

- Customer service and sales in the store - Brand and product explanation to client customers - Support for store events and promotions - Management of visiting customer traffic and movement paths - Store environment maintenance and product (inventory) work - Overall daily operation work to maintain brand image

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate in one of English, Chinese, or Japanese (choose one) - More than 6 months of experience working in a cosmetics store (including part-time work) required - Able to work on weekends, including rotating shifts - Able to work morning/afternoon/night shifts (night shifts work until 9:30 PM) - A confident, bright, and sincere attitude in customer service - A person who frequently receives customers of various nationalities (Chinese/Japanese) - A foreigner with a legal work visa required

Preferred

- Native English/Chinese/Japanese speaker or equivalent level of language proficiency - Able to work on weekdays/weekends according to schedule - Able to work flexibly according to schedule - Experience in global customer contact - This position is a contract position, and can be worked for more than 1 year
