Job Description

- As a member of the Japanese Business Support Office of Ridibooks, I manage projects as a Korean-Japanese translation PM. - From a company-wide perspective, I efficiently operate various Korean-Japanese translation tasks required for Japanese business within set deadlines and budgets. - I perform meeting assignments and schedule management for interpreters (in-house and freelance). - I manage contracts with translation outsourcing companies, translation ordering, and deadlines. - I communicate with freelance and outsourcing translation companies, manage costs, and settle accounts. - I perform translation quality management and establish efficient operation guidelines. - I perform translation database management (writing glossaries, monthly reports, etc.).

Qualifications

- Those who have native-level Japanese/Korean skills - Those who have the ability to use MS Office and Google Workspace (Intermediate to advanced level, such as Excel and Powerpoint) - Those who are sincere, meticulous, and proactive, and have excellent internal and external communication skills - Those who do not have any reasons for disqualification from overseas business trips

Preferred

- Those who majored in Korean-Japanese interpretation and translation at the Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation - Those who have 2-3 years of work experience as an in-house interpretation and translation PM
