Job Description

· Vietnam Shopee/TikTok Shop account operation · Promotion strategy development and execution · FBS inventory management · Product registration, inventory ordering, and shipment management · Various customer support management and response, including overseas PR and marketing (influencer collaboration, seeding operations, etc.)

Qualifications

· Vietnamese · Fluent in Korean (Business Level) · Ability to produce results based on proactive problem-solving and execution skills · Ability to understand customer sentiment through a persistent customer perspective

Preferred

· A strong interest in or experience with global K-beauty brand businesses. · A deep understanding of overseas e-commerce and consumer trends. · Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). · A strong analytical mind and execution skills capable of producing tangible results through A/B testing and hypothesis development.
