Job Description

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize global sales - Basic operational tasks such as product registration and management, inventory/order management (e.g., TikTok Shop US) - Improve exposure and conversion rates through data analysis, and plan promotions - Live commerce operation support (live broadcasting, contract writing, settlement, etc.) - Customer support for overseas commerce channels (management of outsourced customer service personnel, country-specific VOC analysis) - Conduct overseas market research and local user interviews

Qualifications

- At least one year of experience operating an overseas commerce channel - High proficiency in Chinese and English (Countries: Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, etc.) - Direct experience in operating live broadcasts, from contracts to settlements - Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights using tools like Excel and Google Sheets - High consumption of overseas Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube social media content - Sensitive to global trends and a strong understanding of culture - No disqualifications for overseas business trips

Preferred

- Experience living abroad or holding citizenship in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or the United States - Highly resilient individuals who are not discouraged by failure and actively seek out next steps - Proactive individuals who can proactively propose and implement solutions even in situations where there are no clear answers or precedents
