Founded in 2015, Idle NC is located at 103 Achasan-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (Yeongdong Techno Tower, Seongsu-dong 2-ga), and provides early childhood education and educational services. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Coordinator for English Teacher Support and Program Operations. To join us in creating a joyful and engaging early childhood English education environment! This role involves supporting and managing native English-speaking teachers in kindergartens and early education centers. You will be responsible for recruiting native teachers, coordinating class operations, and providing on-site support to ensure that our English programs run smoothly and effectively. Recruit and manage native English teachers for early childhood English classes Support class schedules and curriculum operations Communication with kindergartens and educational institutions Ensure smooth communication and work coordination with native English teachers - Recruit and manage native English teachers for early childhood English programs - Coordinate teacher schedules and communicate with educational institutions - Support day-to-day operations of English classes at kindergartens - Visit sites to provide on-site assistance and ensure class quality - Act as a liaison between native teachers and Korean staff

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate in English (intermediate or higher) and communicate well with native speakers - Interested in and passion for English education or early childhood education - Ability to work responsibly for at least one year - Experience in a similar position or at an educational institution preferred - Fluent communication in Korean [Qualifications] - Strong English communication skills (intermediate or higher) - Interest and passion for early childhood English education - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Commitment to work for at least one year - Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset - Intermediate level of Korean

Experience living abroad or possessing a strong understanding of English-speaking cultures is preferred. Experience teaching English to young children or managing native English teachers is preferred.
