Job Description

- Create SNS content that addresses core user pain points. - Optimize the marketing funnel through traffic and conversion data analysis by acquisition channel. - Plan and execute various events (e.g., supporter programs, offline events) to drive MAU and service growth. - Participate in diverse events to gather marketing ideas and put them into action.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role - Passionate and driven to achieve goals with dedication and persistence - Experience managing SNS channels, with skills in design and video editing - Basic understanding of data-driven decision-making processes - Holders of job-seeking visa (D-10), work visa (E-7), or F visa - Proficiency in English and Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above) - Strong communication skills - Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership - Marketing insight and an editorial eye for detail

- Familiarity with work tools such as Notion and Slack - Outgoing personality with no hesitation in participating in video shoots - Experience in selling products or services to a specific target audience - Self-motivated and proactive in handling tasks - Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator - Highly sensitive to trends and actively engaged - Able to take initiative, work independently, and grow exponentially in a startup environment
