Job Description

Flow Inner Beauty is a newly launched inner beauty brand in 2025, inspired by women cycle and holistic wellness lifestyle. We are looking for someone to grow into a key team member, creating and sharing content as we expand into the US market. Primary platforms: Instagram, TikTok ﹒Plan, create, and manage content for the brand’s official US social media accounts ﹒Produce various types of short-form videos — storytelling, viral, aesthetic, etc. ﹒Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement ﹒Create simple visual image such as carousels and posters

Qualifications

﹒Experience: Open to all levels (interns welcome) ﹒Language: English - Native level , Korean - Not required ﹒Basic filming and editing skills (using mobile editing tools such as CapCut) ﹒Ability to create graphics (Canva or similar) ﹒Experience managing a personal or official Instagram/TikTok account ﹒For foreign nationals in Korea: Must hold a D-10, E-7, or F-series visa (F-2, F-5, F-6, etc.) Not eligible: D-2, D-4, H-1, or other non-work visa types Portfolio: Preferred (links to your active social media accounts or accounts you’ve contributed to) If no portfolio is available, please review our brand’s TikTok/Instagram account @flowinnerbeauty and submit content ideas or sample videos you would like to create for our brand.

Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content US living experience or strong understanding of US culture and trends Proficient in TikTok and Instagram, with strong knowledge of the latest trends Experience in health supplements and/or beauty brands Experience creating North American-targeted content and managing SNS accounts Active user of X (formerly Twitter) or Threads
