Job Description

- Overall planning and operation of the aromatherapy & body line product line - Developing product operation strategies and managing category performance (sales/profit/inventory) - Deriving insights through market and consumer trend research - Managing and executing product development project schedules - Collaborating with relevant departments (sales, design, supply chain management, R&D, production, etc.)

Qualifications

- At least one year of experience in cosmetics product development - Experience with the entire cosmetics product development process from A to Z - Project schedule management and multitasking skills - Logical planning and data analysis skills - Fluent communication skills with relevant departments - Sensitive to rapidly changing market trends and able to apply these to strategy and execution

Preferred

- Aromatherapy certifications - Experience working for a cosmetics or household goods brand - Experience developing body care and aromatherapy products
