Job Description
# What's the role We're seeking a dynamic Sales/Marketing Account Executive who not only has more than 2 years of relevant sales experience but also has a keen interest in marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their skill set into the marketing realm. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a hybrid role, focusing on acquiring new clients, generating leads, managing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service while collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies. #Essential Sales responsibilities you'll own - Develop, and execute effective client acquisition strategies, prospect potential clients, and nurture leads to convert them into long-term partnerships - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Develop, document, and present compelling marketing proposals tailored to the unique needs and goals of prospective clients, collaborating with internal team - Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiry from potential clients - Lead the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition - Set acquisition goals, monitor progress, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet or exceed targets - Collaborate with other teams to develop sales collaterals, DISRUPT website, and other channels to help acquisition #Essential Marketing responsibilities you'll own - Planning, documentation and presentation of marketing strategies for your clients. - Playing the front-facing role and managing the overall client relationship - Onboarding and in-depth strategic planning of new clients - Overall client performance and hitting set KPIs - testing, optimizing and scaling. - Create & manage project schedules, estimates, and prepare project briefings and meetings - Generate weekly reports for clients and be able to speak to the WHY behind each decision and campaign results
