Japanese Food Ordering and Delivery App [Rocket Now] Inbound Consulting for Japanese Customers - Respond to inquiries related to food ordering, payment, and changes for customers, delivery partners, and stores.

Qualifications

- Ability to work from home (wired internet required / independent workspace required) - Residencies in island areas (Jeju Island, Ulleungdo Island, etc.) are not eligible. - Ability to work weekends/holidays and scheduled shifts - Ability to attend training and all recruitment events at the Busan Center (near Jungang Station) (interview / training / onboarding) - Typing skills (200 or more characters) and basic computer skills - Japanese language proficiency - JLPT Level N2 / JPT 800 or higher (Japanese language test will be administered during the interview) - Japanese language proficiency (F or H1 visa holders, Korean language skills required)
