Job Description

We plan and produce marketing creatives targeting the Japanese market. - We plan and produce creatives for self-serve media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok. - We analyze and continuously improve campaign effectiveness across channels (optimization, A/B testing, etc.) - We track metrics to drive new user acquisition, signups, and conversions, and implement action items based on the insights we gather. * Squad and team assignments may vary flexibly depending on the product and company's circumstances. * WIPPY Japan operates from Korea. The WIPPY Japan Squad is based in Korea.

Qualifications

- At least three years of marketing campaign experience across the "planning > execution > analysis" stages. - Mobile app marketing experience. - Experience achieving goals through data-driven "problem definition > solution development > rapid execution." - Able to use data to suggest content direction that maximizes campaign performance. - Experience in copywriting and storytelling based on a product's selling point.

Preferred

- Experience with marketing attribution tools (Appsflyer, Amplitude, Airbridge, GA4, etc.) - Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.) - Deep interest and understanding of Japanese culture and communities - Insights into diverse content that appeals to the MZ generation *This position is open to both Korean and international applicants, and visa support is available for international applicants.
