National Mortgage Services, Inc. (NMSI), headquartered in Los Angeles, is one of the largest mortgage lenders in California, specializing in home mortgage products. The Concept of "Mortgage Loan" and "Mortgage Lender": A "mortgage loan" is simply a mortgage loan. The Korean housing finance market is relatively small, one-dimensional, and has a simple distribution structure. In contrast, the US housing finance market represents a significant portion of the US economy, with a diverse and sophisticated financing structure and numerous market participants specializing in each stage. In this market, a "mortgage lender" is a company that, based on its specialized knowledge of various mortgage products and various financing methods, provides mortgage loans to consumers who meet the lender's principles and standards. It then aggregates these loans, securitizes them, and distributes them to the secondary mortgage market. Qualifications

*After a 3-month internship, a performance evaluation and written exam will be conducted to determine your position as a full-time employee (historical conversion rate of over 90%). ***Department placement will be determined after document review and interview.
