Job Description

- Identify, recruit, and contract key influencers (mega, macro, micro, nano) that align with brand goals and campaigns, and build long-term relationships. - Persuade and promote internal influencer engagements, focusing on the expected impact and necessity. - Plan creative and authentic influencer content that effectively communicates product appeal and efficacy, and direct the production process. - Analyze influencer marketing campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROAS, EMV, etc.) quantitatively and qualitatively to derive insights and improve strategies.

Qualifications

Fluent in business English, able to communicate directly with local influencers and agencies in the US, negotiate contract terms, and manage contracts. Understanding and insight into the North American market.
