[Experiential Internship] Japanese Influencer Marketer

Job Description

- Support for planning and production of Japanese video content (UGC) - Support for seeding, searching, contacting, and operating Japanese influencers - Management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) - Support for overall operations, including analysis of short-form content trends and competitor monitoring in the Japanese market

Qualifications

- Experience: No experience required (new hires welcome) - Foreign nationals (foreigners) must hold a D-10, E-7, or F-type visa. - Visa holders with visas other than D-2, D-4, or H-1 are not eligible for employment. - Candidates must be fluent in Japanese (email, document processing). - Must have a good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook). - Must be able to work full-time during the contract period. - Must enjoy learning and growing. - Must possess excellent internal and external communication skills.

※ Priority consideration will be given to portfolio submissions. - Experience in influencer marketing. - Experience recruiting and managing experience groups/supporters, or participating in them. - Experience in beauty category marketing or online sales. - Proficient in Instagram and TikTok, with a keen eye for trends. - Strong interest in global markets and trends.

This position is for a subsidiary. This position is a three-month internship program with a work experience program. The contract period may be extended upon mutual agreement. The recruitment process will proceed as described above. Individual notification will be provided in case of any changes.
