Job Description

I will achieve my goals through the following tasks: - Localize Kitto's content for the US market based on my deep understanding of English and American culture. - Discover, curate, and publish content appropriate for the US market, targeting social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, as well as web content. - Operate Kitto US services through collaboration and communication with various partners. - Research local competitors, market trends, and service trends to enter the US market and share insights. What kind of growth can I expect? - Develop practical capabilities in the global content business by experiencing the entire process of planning, operating, and analyzing content channels for the US market. - Gain experience in quickly learning market reactions and deriving insights through various experiments during the initial service testing phase.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who: - Native-level English proficiency (preference given to those who have lived or studied abroad in the US) - Fluent communication in Korean - A deep understanding of American culture and the ability to actively incorporate this knowledge into content planning, production, and localization - Experience in managing and growing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - No disqualifications for employment in Korea - Foreign nationals must hold a visa that allows them to work in Korea or be eligible to obtain one (*D-10 and E-7 visas are supported)
