[Contract] Content Localization and Business Development Manager (Vietnam)

Job Description

I will achieve my goals through the following tasks: 1. Content Creation and Localization - Discover, plan, and produce Vietnamese-focused content for Kitto VN's social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, and web content. - Localize Kitto's content for the Vietnamese market based on a deep understanding of Vietnamese language and culture. - Plan and execute content-based social media marketing and events. 2. Business Development - Continuously monitor competitive channels, market trends, and service trends to develop and test Kitto VN's business models. - Identify and operate events and services that promote Kitto to Vietnamese users. - Lead communication to ensure smooth collaboration with local editors and influencers. ----- What kind of growth can I expect? - Through content planning and production and social media management, I will learn the marketing process for growing media channels. - With the support of my team's data analyst, I will contribute to data-driven service planning and improvement, allowing me to quickly grow into a true marketer.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who: - Has native-level Vietnamese skills - Can communicate fluently in Korean - Has a deep understanding of Vietnamese language and culture, and can actively incorporate this knowledge into content planning, production, and localization - Has experience directly managing and growing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Must be eligible for employment in Korea - Foreign nationals must hold a visa that allows them to work in Korea or be eligible to obtain one (*Visa support available for D-10 and E-7 visas)
