Taiwan E-Commerce (MD/Marketing) Intern (Full-time Employment)

Job Description

1. Propose trends for Korean fashion and beauty brands in Taiwan - Market research (Korean trends in Taiwan) and identify sales expansion opportunities - Collaborate on monthly promotion planning and support sales growth for partner brands within the platform 2. Content Marketing - Instagram content planning (focused on short-form content for Korean fashion and beauty brands) - Collaborate on meta material planning and production 3. Influencer Marketing - Influencer search, influencer sales and communication, recruitment, and performance analysis - Identify and manage Taiwanese influencer marketing agencies, and conduct practical group purchasing communications

Qualifications

1. Mindset - A strong interest in and appreciation for the global growth of Korean trends. - Ability to communicate goal-oriented with stakeholders across various fields. - Detail-oriented and minimally error-prone. 2. Skillset - Taiwanese nationals residing in Korea on a D-10, E, or F visa. - A strong understanding of Korean fashion and beauty trends from a Taiwanese perspective, with the ability to quickly grasp them. - A persistent interest in Korean shopping and culture trends. - Korean TOPIK Level 5 or higher.

Skill Set - Experience operating a personal agency, introducing or selling Korean brand products in Taiwan or Hong Kong. - Experience collaborating with influencers or being an influencer yourself. - Experience managing a personal social media presence and creating video and blog content.
