The Toomics Marketing Department effectively promotes Toomics' diverse content to domestic and international readers and implements strategic marketing strategies that reflect the unique characteristics of each market. Based on data analysis, they identify customer preferences and are responsible for all aspects of marketing, from advertising planning and operation to performance analysis. They also identify advertising materials that maximize the appeal of webtoons and utilize global advertising media to analyze market trends and competitors, thereby fostering sustainable growth. [Main Responsibilities] - Plan and execute optimized media strategies based on country-specific sales goals. - Operate self-serve channels such as Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, and X, and manage campaign performance. - Optimize campaigns through marketing data collection, analysis, and insight generation. - Benchmark competitor campaigns and conduct creative reference research.

Qualifications

Qualifications - Experience: At least one year of relevant experience - Experience establishing metrics and hypotheses to achieve goals, and designing and executing various A/B tests - A keen interest in advertising trends and cultures across various countries - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments, including content, design, and operations - Korean citizenship or holder of a work-related visa (F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6)
