Job Description

- In-store customer service and sales - Brand and product explanations to client customers - Support for in-store events and promotions - Customer traffic and route management - Store maintenance and inventory management - General day-to-day operations to maintain brand image

Qualifications

- Must be able to communicate in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, or Japanese (choose one) - Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a cosmetics store (including part-time work) - Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends - Must be able to work morning/afternoon/night shifts (night shifts open until 9:30 PM) - Must be confident in customer service, have a bright and conscientious attitude, and be able to attract a diverse range of customers (Chinese/Japanese) - Must be a foreign national and possess a valid work visa

Preferred

- Native English/Chinese/Japanese speakers or equivalent proficiency - Able to work weekdays and weekends on a flexible schedule - Experience in global customer contact - This position is a contract position, and candidates must be able to commit to at least one year of service
