B2B Manager (ASEAN) (Experienced)

Job Description

• Identify new business partners and nurture existing partners in the Asian market. • Develop customized sales and marketing strategies for each country through market data analysis. • Manage existing partners and support sales growth (B2B). • Plan and operate online and offline marketing promotions. • Manage product exports (export shipments, payment management, and sell-in performance management).

Qualifications

Education: College degree or higher (4 years) Experience: 5-10 years • At least 3 years of experience in overseas B2B sales and negotiations • Understanding and experience in general overseas sales (export practices) • Experience in developing a beauty brand in an Asian country • Fluent in business English (*interview conducted in English) • Applicants must be qualified to travel abroad

Preferred

• Experience in opening and operating a H&B store in Asia or collaborating with vendors. • Understanding of Asian market trends/consumer characteristics and offline channels. • Experience working in an overseas branch or living abroad.
