B2B Manager (Europe) (Experienced)

Job Description

• Expand distribution channels and manage partnerships, focusing on major European countries. • Develop customized sales strategies and brand positioning based on local market trends. • Provide brand-centric sales communications, including store opening and promotional proposals for local partners and sample kit composition. • Manage country-specific sales performance and set growth targets, conducting quarterly reviews and developing execution strategies. • Analyze market responses through collaboration with European influencers, local response monitoring, and research, and execute market-based operations accordingly.

Qualifications

Education: College degree or higher (4 years) Experience: 3-8 years • At least 3 years of overseas sales or global brand experience • Strong understanding of beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods brands and distribution structures • Fluent in business English (*Interview conducted in English) • General understanding and experience in overseas sales and export practices • Ability to independently design work and lead communication
