Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a vibrant and modern office located in Haeundae Beach, Busan. You will be responsible for selling leading Korean products into global markets. *Responsibilities: -Develop and implement sales strategies, territories, and quotas -Manage, train, and evaluate sales representatives -Analyze sales data to forecast demand and determine inventory needs -Identify customer preferences and adapt sales focus accordingly -Expand sales channels and build customer base -Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising and promotional plans -Engage directly in sales while managing the sales team -Handle customer complaints and provide technical or procedural advice -Support recruitment and onboarding of sales staff -Prepare budgets and assist in product pricing decisions

Qualifications

*Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of sales experience -Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred, or equivalent experience) -Strong command of English (business communication required) -Knowledge of sales & marketing, customer service, business management, training & communication -Applicants must be residents in Korea *Preferred Qualifications -Trade-related certifications -Haeundae-based applicants preferred -Experience working in multinational teams -B2B sales experience -Data analysis skills
