Job Description

1. Develop and execute a collaborative marketing strategy with North American influencers - Identify product USPs and derive development insights through marketing trend, market, and competitor analysis - Search and contact influencers - Create data-driven content guides - Plan and produce collaborative content for TikTok and Instagram 2. Data-driven performance analysis - Monitor key KPIs such as viral views and engagement - Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify improvement directions - Support campaign report creation 3. Influencer partnership management - Manage communication with collaborative influencers - Build and manage a partnership database

- Ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes - Interested in major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram - Enjoys beauty content - Experience in proactively executing tasks - Ability to achieve goals based on a strong sense of ownership
