Global CRM Expansion Support (Experienced)

Job Description

[Support for Establishment of CRM Process] - Develop strategies for global expansion of salesforce-based CRM - Define business requirements for salesforce deployment across global subsidiaries - Plan and support activation of salesforce global standard management framework - Analyze business processes to enhance system usability [Planning CRM-based Program for Customers] - Design and plan programs and campaigns based on CRM data for customers - Design business processes based on salesforce [Operation of Global CRM Committee] - Operate regular strategy and change management committee between HQ and RHQs - Conduct quarterly performance report to leadership ※ This is a contract position. After one year of employment, the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position will be reviewed.

Qualifications
