Job Description
[Project Planning and Design] - Establishment of planning and implementation strategies based on local requirements - Service planning (UI/UX, content, etc.)/policy development, scenario and screen design [Global App Channel Roll-Out] - Perform tasks related to planning, development, and change management(DevOps), and respond to requirements and issues - Coordinate and implement projects with regional headquarters, and conduct functional training [Customer Data Analysis and App UI/UX Design] - Collect and analyze customer feedback within the app channel to identify UI/UX insights - Design customer-friendly UI/UX based on data and usability ※ This is a contract position. After one year of employment, the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position will be reviewed.
Qualifications
- Foreign nationals who hold a bachelor's degree or above - 4+ years of experience in building customer web/app systems - Individuals who possess a valid visa status for work activities or have no disqualifications for obtaining one in the future - Individuals who are subject to military service obligations must have completed or been exempted from it by December 31st, 2025, to apply for the position ※ Duplicate applications are not allowed across postings for the 2025 Kia Global (Foreigner) Hiring. Preferred
- Individuals with computer science, software, or UX/UI service planning related majors - Individuals proficient in using service design/design tools (such as Figma) and test management tools (such as Confluence and Jira) - Individuals experienced in using app/web analytics tools such as GA4 - Individuals with business-level fluency in Korean (both written and verbal) · TOPIK Level 4 or above, or an equivalent qualification - Individuals with high-level fluency in English (both written and verbal) - Individuals with ability to actively communicate with various stakeholders both domestically and internationally - Individuals with strong understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle-related platforms (connected cars, navigation, used cars, etc.)
