Job Description

[Vehicle Certification and Compliance with Quality Standards in Japan] - Manage tasks to meet Japanese vehicle certification and quality standards - Serve as the communication liaison among R&D center, production, quality, and dealerships, and analyze customer requirements to reflect them in the products [Analysis on the Japanese Mobility Market and Competitors, and Establishment of Quality Response Strategies] - Monitor trends of new commercial vehicles and EV vans in Japan - Establish processes by analyzing and responding to major competitors’ market claims and quality trends - Respond to complaints from Japanese dealerships and local customers based on data [Research on the Ecosystem of Japanese Camping, Welfare, and Conversion Vehicles, and Develop Market Response Strategies] - Research trends, customer characteristics, and regulatory environments for each domain - Investigate trends among conversion companies and related ecosystems ※ This is a contract position. After one year of employment, the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position will undergo review.

Qualifications
