Job Description

Marketing Planning and Social Media Operation (50%) • Planning and operating online events and promotions targeting Japanese users • Planning and operating social media content (X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) • Content results analysis and performance reporting Japanese business development support (30%) • Researching Japanese comics industry trends • Assisting with BD-related execution through collaboration with relevant departments • Partner research and simple lead collection User-centric execution and operation (20%) • Creating Japanese content (text/banners, etc.) and operating local communities • User communication (email, social media, Discord, etc.) • ACON commerce site banner/advertisement management and translation [Looking for] • Understanding the marketing funnel or user journey and developing content strategies • Experience not only in content creation but also in monitoring user responses and improving performance • Experience communicating directly with users through comments, direct messages, or emails

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Japanese content marketing or related field • Fluent Japanese (both written and spoken), preferably Japanese • Experience in data-driven content performance improvement preferred

Preferred

• Understanding and passion for the Japanese manga/webtoon market • Video/image content production capabilities • Experience with SaaS, digital tools, and creator-focused services
