[What does the Global Team do?] 1. We assist domestic clinics (primarily skin care clinics that cater to the K-beauty trend) in attracting international clients and expanding into overseas markets. 2. We oversee the overall overseas operations of our client clinics and support the management decision-making of key personnel, including the CEO and General Manager. 3. We continuously provide innovative ideas related to the clinic's global expansion and lead the latest trends in the Korean medical industry. [What are the main responsibilities of a marketer?] 1. Oversee Global Patient Attraction: We are responsible for promoting and recruiting clinics to attract Japanese clients. 2. Operate Influencer Experience Teams: We operate influencer experience teams to attract Japanese customers to Korea. 3. Global Clinic Branding: We deliver the brand image and message of skin care clinics to potential customers in Japan. 4. Other Marketing Services: We respond to various marketing needs arising from clinic management.

Qualifications

[Looking for someone like this!] 1. At least three years of experience working at a marketing agency and marketing agency experience targeting hospitals and clinics. 2. At least three years of experience working at a beauty clinic (dermatology, plastic surgery) and experience managing marketing. 3. Experience with marketing using Instagram. 4. Strong communication skills that facilitate communication with colleagues. 5. A meticulous work ethic.
