Job Description

• Attracting Japanese patients through online/offline consultations and surgeries • Surgery reservations, scheduling, accompaniment during visits, and on-site care support • Pre- and post-operative patient care (pre-operative guidance, recovery progress checks, aftercare guidance) • Understanding patient needs and medical consultations to facilitate smooth communication with hospitals and medical staff • Interpreting during medical consultations and procedures/surgeries, and translating related documents and guidance materials • Managing a local Japanese patient database and supporting new patient discovery and customer acquisition activities • Writing and reviewing Japanese marketing content

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese • Strong sales and customer acquisition skills

Preferred

• Experience in the medical, tourism, and customer service fields. • Experience in Japanese interpretation and translation and medical consultation. • Excellent patient service and communication skills. • Understanding and passion for attracting international patients.
