Job Description

Recruiting Position: - [DA Division] Overseas Sales [Main Duties] - B2C Sales · Establish sales goals and strategies based on analysis of market demand and company/competitor sales data in the assigned region. · Monitor corporate status to proactively identify opportunities and threats and appropriately deploy physical and human resources to achieve sales goals. - B2B Sales · Understand the characteristics of each industry, including construction, interior design, and built-in distribution. Create added value by proposing products and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and develop collaborative business models. ※ B2B Products: System AC, built-in products, smart home products, etc. - Online Sales Establish sales strategies and goals based on an understanding of e-commerce (online sales) and support local sales. · Strengthen strategic responses and business execution capabilities by country and key account partners in response to the expansion of the online market. Establish optimized sales strategies by analyzing online consumption trends and customer purchasing tendencies.

Qualifications

General Eligibility: - Foreign nationals who are not disqualified from obtaining a visa or working in Korea - Applicants who have a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) score of Level 3 or higher ※ Scores obtained between September 22, 2023, and September 22, 2025, will be accepted. However, applicants without language proficiency scores may submit their scores by February 2026. - Applicants who have at least two years of relevant work experience ※ Applicants who have (or are expected to have) a master's or doctoral degree will be recognized with their study period as work experience.

- A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and possessing a strong understanding of global and cross-cultural understanding. - Experience communicating with global subsidiaries/clients and relevant departments at headquarters. - Sensitive to home appliance trends and a deep understanding of Samsung Electronics products and technologies. - Experience in diverse activities related to the position. - Ability to develop sales insights and develop strategies through analysis of domestic and international market data and market conditions in the assigned country. - Proficient in a second foreign language (e.g., a specialized language major).
