Job Description

We operate social media in English. (TikTok and Instagram focused) You must be able to create social media content in English and be able to appear on camera. (TikTok and Instagram focused, with photographers and designers to assist with production) We plan various events to increase social media followers and drive product purchases. (Ambassadors, challenges, etc.) Manage ambassadors and seed influencers. Communicate with overseas buyers. Plan and manage campaigns for future sales channels like Amazon. Actively provide input when developing new products.

Qualifications

Female, mid-to-late 20s to early 30s Education required Beauty enthusiast with a love of cosmetics Native or near-native English speaker Outgoing personality and comfortable with video recording Team player, able to communicate effectively with other teams Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take charge of assigned tasks

Preferred

Native or near-native English speaker. Experience in marketing. Ability to create and edit short-form videos on a mobile phone. Heavy TikTok user. Experience using Photoshop or Illustrator, even if only briefly. Outgoing personality with a comfortable video recording environment. Team player who communicates well with other teams. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
