This team manages all online and offline channels in the China and Greater China markets, responsible for branding and sales at Rom&nd and Nooz products and consumer touchpoints. The China Business Team plans annual sales strategies and sets goals, and achieves operational performance for Rom&nd and Nooz through operational plans for each distribution channel in China, as well as product-specific communication strategies and promotions. ✔️ Introducing the China E-Commerce Channel Operations Manager! To expand contact points with Chinese consumers and enhance brand value, this team oversees all product-focused tasks, from managing the brand's official online store on Chinese e-commerce channels (Tmall, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu) to developing sales strategies. Qualifications

✔️ We're looking for someone with the following experience! (Required) • At least 3 years of experience operating a Chinese e-commerce channel • A deep understanding of e-commerce and live commerce structures and processes • A strong understanding of Korean-Chinese H&B distribution trends and the beauty market • Native speakers must possess a visa that allows them to legally work in Korea
