Job Description

- Develop overall store management and operational plans - Perform operational tasks (sales/inventory management, etc.) - Perform office communication and reporting (sales reports/customer trend reports, etc.) - Conduct brand campaigns and promotional activities - Perform team management and development

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a customer-centric environment - Fluent in a foreign language (English/Chinese/Japanese, etc.) - Experience in store operation planning and implementation - Experience in team building

- A respectful and considerate personality - Ability to work a flexible schedule - Experience contributing to store setup and stabilization as an opening member

Working Conditions - 8-hour workday, 5-day workweek - Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period, 100% salary and benefits provided) - 3-month probationary period will be contractual to ensure a good fit. - If the 3-month onboarding process determines a poor fit, the contract may be terminated.
