Job Description
· Indian influencer/creator market research and database construction · Seeding campaign planning, execution, and performance management · Influencer content planning and direct contact, contract negotiation, and contract management · Collaboration with local agencies and partnership management · Campaign KPI monitoring and localization through collaboration with global teams
Qualifications
· Experience with influencers, social media, or digital marketing · Experience with seeding, campaign execution, and performance measurement · Strong influencer communication, contract negotiation, and contract management skills · Proficient in data-driven analysis and reporting · Fluent in English
Preferred
· Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, and FMCG industries · Experience with K-Beauty brands
