Job Description

[This is what you'll be doing!] • Develop and manage overseas B2B distribution channels (wholesale, retail, online/offline partners) • Manage products and plan promotions for each overseas distribution channel • Communicate with global buyers and draft transaction proposals, invoices, and contracts • Prepare import/export documents and coordinate logistics/shipping schedules • Plan and participate in overseas exhibitions and export consultations • Establish pricing policies and manage sales by market

Qualifications

[We need someone like this!] • At least 3 years of international sales experience for a beauty or consumer goods brand • English business communication skills (email/meeting/presentation) • Understanding of import/export procedures and contract terms by country • Persuasive and communication skills to foster long-term partnerships with buyers

[These individuals are even better!] • Experience working with major beauty retailers/distributors in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia • Experience managing Amazon accounts in the Americas/Europe • Experience exporting beauty products (skincare, devices, etc.) • Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, etc.)
