Job Description

- Real-time chat/email customer service (primarily in Chinese and English; Korean is used for inter-team communication and documentation) - If the language of consultation is not your native language, you can utilize internal AI tools. - FAQ creation and optimization, order processing support. - Cross-departmental support and other team tasks. - Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, actively participating in discussions and proposals.

Qualifications

- Native Chinese or English - Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or higher, or at least one year of study abroad experience in Korea; equivalent level is acceptable) - Customer service experience preferred, fast typing, and multitasking skills - Possess remote work equipment (reliable internet, laptop, quiet space) - Enjoy interpersonal communication and actively share ideas within a team - Proactive and adaptable, with an interest in diverse cultures and innovative work methods
