Job Description

Chinese B2C (Douyin, Xiaohongshu) Channel Operation [Channel Operation] - Operation and management of Douyin's own platform in China - Product registration, bonded warehouse storage, and customs clearance document management - Agency management and communication/collaboration with local Chinese staff [Influencer (Wang Hong) Management] - Contact and management of Douyin/Xiaohongshu influencers - Douyin influencer sales link management - Planning and organizing live broadcast products / creating product brochures [Marketing] - Operation and management of official accounts on Chinese social media (Xiaohongshu, Douyin) - Content planning and short-form video production/editing - Seeding of Xiaohongshu's free and free experience groups

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4-year university - Position: Associate ~ Manager - Experience: 1 to 3 years - Language: Native Chinese speaker level - Chinese applicants (F2, F4, F6 visa holders) are welcome to apply, but must have advanced Korean skills or higher - At least 1 year of experience operating Douyin/Xiaohongshu - Must not have any disqualifications, such as overseas travel

Preferred

- HSK Level 6 - Video editing/design tool certifications or proficiency in creating social media content (images/short-form) - Extensive experience working with influencers (Wang Hong) - TP&DPA experience - Experience operating a Douyin reverse direct purchase mall and marketing on China's Xiaohongshu - Experience in the health functional food industry - Analytical thinking and logical flow based on data/indicators rather than intuition - Strong internal/external collaboration and communication skills - Goal-oriented work with a high sense of ownership
