✔️ Introducing the Global Division you'll be joining! • This division is focused on growing the brand, focusing on Europe and countries where K-beauty is on the rise. ※ Countries managed: Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East, Oceania, India • This division plays a vital role in contributing to the brand's global expansion through sales, B2B partnerships, and marketing support tailored to local consumers and distribution channels. • The Global Division is looking for a new sales representative to lead the brand's growth in emerging markets (Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East, Oceania, and India). ✔️ Join us and let's do this together! • Communication and sales management support with distributors/partners in emerging markets (Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East, Oceania, and India) • Support for B2B account management and order processes by country • Monitoring of partner sales status and sales data management • Support for Rom&nd/Nooz product introductions and sales activities • Identifying new clients and expanding global distribution channels • Collaboration support related to overseas regulations and permits (e.g., CPNP/SCPN, India CDSCO, Middle East SFDA, etc.) • Support and collaboration on global marketing/promotional implementation • Conduct market situation and trend research and prepare analysis data

Qualifications

✔️ We're looking for someone with the following experience! (Required) • Ability to communicate in English for business (email, meetings, overseas business trips, etc.) • A passion for global sales and an interest in the beauty or consumer goods industry • Ability to understand diverse countries and cultures and a curiosity about the global market • Ability to collaborate with partners based on fluent communication skills • Ability to collaborate with partners based on responsibility and integrity • Ability to proactively learn and execute tasks based on responsibility and integrity

✔️ Preferences: • Experience in a specific region, such as Europe, Russia, the Middle East, or India. • ​​International experience, such as overseas exchange, study abroad, or internships. • Experience working with duty-free shops, department stores, or global retail partners. • A basic understanding of trade/logistics processes or global licensing. • A keen interest in global beauty trends and a keen sense of content/marketing.
