✔️ Introducing the global team you'll be joining! • This team is fostering brand growth, focusing on Europe and countries where K-beauty is on the rise. ※ Countries managed: Europe, Russia, CIS, Middle East, Oceania, India • We play a crucial role in contributing to the brand's global expansion through sales, marketing, social media operations, influencer collaborations, and B2B partnerships tailored to local consumers and distribution channels. • We're looking for team members with a deep understanding of the beauty market and sales/marketing execution experience to lead the brand's global expansion. ✔️ Join us and let's do this together! [Sales] • Global Mall (YesAsia) channel management and product launch collaboration coordination • Planning and executing sales strategies for each global channel (sales goal setting and sales/inventory management) • Sales data analysis and performance reporting • Influencer seeding and Spark Ads collaboration [Marketing Execution] • Nooz global social media channel management and content management • Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad execution and performance management • Seeding and collaborative promotions targeting influencers and media • Country-specific marketing/promotion planning and content marketing planning and execution • Campaign and PR kit seeding aligned with country-specific brand guidelines, content marketing planning and execution • Insights/results reporting based on marketing execution

Qualifications

✔️ We're looking for someone with the following experience! (Required) • At least one year of experience working with a beauty or consumer goods brand • Practical experience in B2B sales and online marketing targeting global markets • Ability to lead meetings with business English • Ability to analyze distribution/marketing data and derive insights • Ability to proactively plan and execute projects • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse international and internal team members

✔️ Preferred candidates: • Experience in sales for beauty or consumer goods brands • Experience in global brand social media management and marketing • Experience in meta advertising operations • Experience in global marketing collaboration and content planning • Understanding of distribution/retail networks in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East
