Job Description

1. Beauty Global Online MD - Intern (6 months) - Support the operation and management of global online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop) - Gain insights through overseas beauty market research and trend analysis - Assist with online marketing strategy development and promotion planning and execution - Analyze data and write reports to optimize sales - Support inventory and overseas export management 2. Global Marketing - Intern (6 months) - Research global beauty market/competitor/content trends - Localize and plan marketing content targeting North America (own online store, advertising, CRM, etc.) - Influencer marketing (search, contact, collaboration, seeding guide planning, and performance analysis) - Manage seeding and campaign performance metrics and improve processes

Qualifications

1. Beauty Global Online MD - Intern (6 months) - 4-year bachelor's degree program applicants or graduates - Business-level English required (preference given to those with a second foreign language) - Basic understanding of overseas online MD positions - For nationals, F-visa holders or those who meet the requirements for a work-ready visa 2. Global Marketing - Intern (6 months) - Bilingual English proficiency (proficient in both English and Korean) - Interested in marketing and content planning - Flexible external communication skills and collaborative work - For nationals, F-visa holders or those who meet the requirements for a work-ready visa

1. Beauty Global Online MD - Intern (6 months) - A strong interest in the global market and the overseas consumer goods (including beauty) industry - Experience working for a beauty brand or engaging in external activities - Experience in overseas marketing or operating global commerce channels - Experience in data analysis and advertising performance optimization - Experience studying or living abroad - A logical hypothetical thinker and persistent problem-solver - A flexible accepter of feedback, improvement, and growth - A goal-oriented, proactive work ethic 2.
