Job Description
- Developing global branding/promotion/communication plans for artists - Responding to global media and managing networks related to artist promotion - Writing, distributing, and managing English press releases (press releases, artist biographies, etc.) for global media - Gathering artist and industry-related issues and information, and monitoring articles and communities - Operating/executing domestic and international offline filming and events, and managing overseas agencies * Work is concentrated during certain periods depending on the artist's schedule and issues. * 30% of the time is spent on overseas business trips.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, regardless of major - At least 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience - Native-level English communication skills (fluent in writing English articles/press releases) - Strong understanding of the entertainment and media industries - Experience in global PR/international media relations and global promotion (overseas event planning/management) - No disqualifications for overseas work (business trips, etc.) * Only successful applicants in the document screening process may be requested to submit separate assignments.

- Experience with domestic/international PR agencies or external public relations - Ability to communicate in a foreign language other than English (e.g., Southeast Asian, Indian, or South American markets) and possess a strong understanding of diverse cultures - Strong interest in and understanding of K-pop fandom - Korean language proficiency is essential - Teamwork skills to proactively collaborate with relevant departments - High level of detail and fact analysis skills - Proactive ability to anticipate and proactively address anticipated opportunities and risks based on an understanding of international media and the public - Problem-solving skills to respond quickly and effectively to sensitive issues and concerns - Emotional stability to maintain composure and flexibility under pressure - Communication skills to effectively negotiate terms related to public relations and promotions
