Job Description

- Support for corporate business portfolio strategy and internal and external investment decision-making (music, platform, and tech-based future growth businesses) - Establish growth strategies and key initiatives for key global hub regions - Identify technology industry trends and ways to integrate them with corporate strategy - Promote regular and irregular tasks and projects from a company-wide perspective

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher - Any major required - (Minimum 2 years) or less than 5 years of experience in headquarters strategy, business planning, business development/PM - Experience in executing and managing tasks/projects in collaboration with various stakeholders and related departments - Enjoys both highly collaborative and independent work - Fluent in a foreign language (English required, Japanese optional)

Preferred

- Experience in strategy/business planning at a strategy consulting firm or corporate organization - Understanding of or work experience in the content/media industry - Understanding of or work experience in the impact of platforms/games/AI and technology on the content business - Experience working with executives and decision makers - Structured thinking skills - Rapid problem-solving and logical analysis skills - Proactive and proactive problem-solving skills - Smooth communication to effectively collaborate and coordinate work with diverse stakeholders - A strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks and high standards for quality deliverables
