Job Description

[Global Sales] ① Global Market and Trend Analysis - Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer trends in major overseas markets, and identify new market growth opportunities. - Create insight reports and propose strategies based on sales data. ② Sales and Marketing Communications - Develop and execute global duty-free and retail sales strategies. - Plan and manage online and offline distribution channel operations and marketing activities. - Plan and execute promotions, including launching new global and regional products and operating seasonal specials. ③ Distribution and Partnership Management - Support overseas distributors and local store operations and manage performance. - Identify new business partners and sales channels, build and maintain partnerships. - Perform operational tasks, including global product exports, supply, and accounts receivable management. ④ Develop Store Entry and Sales Strategies - Plan store entry strategies and product portfolios for global and regional distribution channels. - Develop and execute sales strategies for major global retailers (Costco, ULTA, Sephora, etc.) and global markets.

Qualifications

① Graduation Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher graduate or expected to graduate before February 2026 ※ Applicants must be eligible for a full-time internship for 6 months between January and June 2026. ※ D2/D10/E7/F2/F4/F5/F6 visa holders are eligible to apply. ※ Internships will be conducted on a D10 visa, and an E7 visa will be issued upon conversion to full-time employment. ② Language Proficiency Test - TOPIK Korean Language Proficiency Test Level 4 or higher is required. ※ A Korean language score is required. Other language test scores (e.g., English speaking test) are not required. ③ Major - Any major ④ Other - Applicants who are not disqualified from employment in Korea or a work visa - Applicants who are not disqualified from overseas travel or health

Preferred

- Experience in the beauty industry, consumer goods, distribution sales, or e-commerce platform internships. - Experience in content planning/management on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and collaboration with global influencers.

Etc

1) Document screening → 1st interview (November) → 6-month internship (January-June 2026) → Culture Fit interview/2nd interview (June) → Final acceptance (expected to join the company in July 2026) ※ Applicants must be able to participate in a full-time internship for approximately 6 months (scheduled to begin in the first week of January) and possess a visa that allows for 6 months of work (e.g., D10 job seeker visa). ※ Upon final acceptance, an E7 work visa will be issued upon joining as a new employee. 2) Information on all stages of the selection process will be sent individually via email to those who pass the document screening. 3) Notification of successful applicants for each round will be individually notified. 4) The above schedule is subject to change due to company circumstances.
