Job Description
[Global HR] ① Internal key talent selection and management - Develop strategies to identify and develop key talent within the organization - Talent pool management and career development support ② External talent acquisition and recruitment operations - Position-specific talent search and interviews - Recruitment channel management and candidate experience management ③ Executive HR support - Executive recruitment and HR-related process management - Response to key HR issues and communication support
Qualifications
① Graduation Requirements - Graduated from a foreign university (4-year or higher) with a bachelor's degree or higher, or expected to graduate before February 2026, or have at least 3 years of overseas residence experience, including middle and high school (relevant supporting documents required) ※ Applicants must be eligible for a full-time internship of approximately 4 weeks in November or December. ② Language Proficiency Test Scores - For graduates (or expected graduates) of a foreign university (4-year or higher), English proficiency test scores (OPIc, TOEIC speaking, etc.) are not required. However, submission of scores will be given preference. ※ Language proficiency test scores must be taken and results obtained within the past two years (October 20, 2023 - October 19, 2025) are valid. ③ Major - Any major ④ Other - Applicants without any disqualifications due to overseas travel or health issues - Male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service - Foreign applicants must hold an F-4 visa.
Preferred
- Experience interning at a foreign company (overseas or at a Korean branch) - Preference will be given to those fluent in English

1) Document screening → AI competency test/English interview (October) → First interview (November) → Internship (4 weeks) (November-December) → Culture Fit interview/Second interview (December) → Final acceptance (expected to join the company in January 2026) ※ Applicants must be able to participate in the approximately 4-week internship. (Internship expected to begin in the 4th week of November) 2) Information on all stages of the selection process will be sent individually via email to those who pass the document screening. 3) Notification of successful applicants for each round will be individually notified. 4) The above schedule is subject to change due to company circumstances.
