Job Description

- Planning and production of advertising/branded videos tailored to the Japanese market - ​​Storytelling and visualization of product USPs tailored to Japanese language and culture - Overall handling of video filming, editing, and production - Content improvement based on Japanese market response - A/B testing to enhance advertising materials and improve performance

Qualifications

[Skillset] - At least two years of experience in commerce video production - Proficient in Adobe (Pr, Ae, Ps, Ai) programs - Strong understanding of Japanese market trends and culture - Experience in operating performance advertising videos targeted at Japan - Ability to communicate in Japanese [Mindset] - Strong understanding of commerce advertising videos - Ability to communicate goal-oriented during collaborations - Ability to define problems and find solutions

Preferred

- Experience analyzing and improving performance data - Experience working in Japan or collaborating with Japanese brands - Understanding of the Japanese advertising review system
