Qualifications

🌍 When hiring foreign chefs (based on E-7 visa) • International certification or experience winning in a competition • International culinary competition winners are exempt from experience requirements • Intermediate-level or higher certification holders • Example: China Level 1-2, Taiwan Level A → Experience exemption • Beginner-level certification holders • Example: China Level 3-4 → At least 3 years of experience required • Completion of culinary training • At least 6 months of training → At least 5 years of experience required • Local cuisine field • At least 10 years of experience required if no formal training is available

Preferred

🌟 Preferences • Possession of relevant qualifications • National technical qualifications related to cooking, such as Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese, pastry, or bakery skills • A professional culinary certificate can be recognized as a professional even for those without prior experience. • Career and practical experience • Cooking experience in hotels, restaurants, or food service establishments • Specialized experience in a specific menu or recipe • Completion of hygiene and safety training • Completion of related training, such as food hygiene training or HACCP training • Graduation from a culinary-related department • Major in a related field, such as culinary arts, hotel culinary arts, or food and nutrition • Teamwork and communication skills • Kitchen collaboration and customer service experience • Creativity and menu development skills • Ability to develop new dishes and reflect trends • Foreign language skills • English, Japanese, or Chinese proficiency is preferred when dealing with international customers • Flexible working hours • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
