Job Description

- AI Problem Definition and Analysis  : Work closely with domain experts to clearly define business problems. : Define technical issues from complex domain requirements and determine appropriate solutions. - AI Solution Design and Development  : Design and develop AI-based solutions for defined problems. : Iteratively improve AI solutions by incorporating feedback from domain experts. - Collaboration and Communication  : Effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including domain experts, service planners, and developers. : Propose new features and improvements based on user feedback. : Easily communicate complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical collaborators.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering - Experience defining and solving problems using AI technologies across various domains - Ability to develop agentic AI technologies using a multi-modal foundation model - Proficient in machine learning/deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch - Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills - Fluent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

- In-depth knowledge of generative AI and experience applying it to real-world service system design and engineering problems. - Experience designing/developing ML models and deploying them to production environments to create real-world business impact.
