Localization Assistant (Vietnamese, Thai)

Job Description

Here's what you'll do when you join: - Review language expressions within the Toss app (e.g., text and marketing messages) to support multiple languages ​​and suggest more natural localizations. - Research online communities used by users in each target language and understand the characteristics of communication channels. - Conduct in-person user testing (UT) with target users, identify issues arising from linguistic and cultural contexts, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who: - We're looking for a bilingual speaker who speaks Vietnamese or Thai as their native language and can communicate fluently in English or Korean. - Beyond simple translation, we'd be ideal if you possess the attitude and potential to define problems from the local user's perspective and find solutions in various ways. - We'd be ideal if you're interested in not only language review and user research, but also in brainstorming marketing messages and concept ideas that can more effectively reach users in the target language. - We require strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate work processes. We'd also like someone who's interested in Toss's business and can actively provide feedback.
